A small but growing Sales Agency needed a proven solution for managing customer records and sales orders across service stations, supermarkets and electronic stores - nationally.

There comes a point in the life of any growing business where there doesn't seem enough hours in the day to 'manually' handle personnel. In order to gain the outsourced sales and merchandising contract with a global corporation, the client looked to SalesAtWork to provide the 'smarts' to manage the sales process.
Previously, field representatives the sales progress was manually managed using spreadsheets, mobile phones and dated written reports. Sales Orders were phoned in or hand written and faxed to Head office.
Using new Pocket PC devices, representatives now record interactions with customers and take sales orders electronically. They also record the placement and set up of promotions by taking an electronic photo which is linked to the completed work.
A range of reports are available which indicate the completion of work up to the minute.
